Also conveniently located near the 5 and 52 freeways where Downtown San Diego is 15 minutes away, and Downtown La Jolla is 10 minutes away. This community also features a pool, spa, lighted tennis courts, BBQ, clubhouse, billiards, and guest parking. The 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit boasts a large living and dining area. New carpet and Vinyl Plank installed throughout. The living room also has a gas fireplace and a spacious outdoor balcony overlooking some of the walking paths and the pool. The kitchen is easily accessible and right next to the living area to ensure an effortless flow when entertaining. Both of the bedrooms are downstairs along with the full bathroom with a shower/tub. Stacked washer and dryer in a closet downstairs as well.
