All three upstairs bedrooms have newly finished hardwood floors. The basement rooms have new carpets. All bedrooms have smoke alarms. The house conforms to the city code for rental properties. The house comes with a Washer/Dryer, Central A/C, and Gas Heating. The driveway can park 3-4 cars and more off-street. It also has a large yard maintained by the management.
