Great Marietta location near Bells Ferry Rd with easy access to I-75,I-575,Barrett Pkwy,KSU,Towne Center at Cobb,shopping,restaurants,parks,and trails. Convenient to Wellstar/Kennestone,Noonday Creek Trail,and Kennesaw Mountain. Features:3 bedrooms/2.5 baths,very large garage,storage shelves,hardwood lower level,upper level being changed from carpet to hardwood,interior being painted,and spacious layout with more room/storage than a typical rental. Screening:RentPrep application is mandatory for every adult applicant,no exceptions. Fee is $65 paid directly by applicant to RentPrep.I do not mark up the fee or receive any part of it. Prior evictions will not be accepted. Any credit/income/background issues,eviction history,or other qualification problems must be disclosed before viewing.
