Tenant is responsible for lawn/snow removal as well as all utilities: electric, gas, water/sewer and trash 12 month lease or longer Before applying, take in consideration the property criteria: -Each adult over the age of 18 must complete an application in full. $50 per person. -Must provide a copy of a government issued photo ID. -Must earn at least 3 times the monthly rent. Any other category of offense will not be considered. These categories were identified because they involve conduct by a person whose tenancy may present a current direct threat of harm to others or the risk of substantial damage to the property of others.
