This apartment has a great feel to it with plenty of updated windows allowing the natural light throughout the unit. It is an older home, built in 1900, with some old home charm and character. The ceilings are really high. Newly updated bathroom. Furnace for heating and window units for AC. Message me for showings! $40 application fee per adult. Owner pays for city utilities (water, sewer, trash). Tenant will be in charge of electricity. Gas will be in landlords name and charged on a monthly basis to the tenant. No smoking.
