Plumbing is bad, mold all around my bedroom window - shower leaked into another apartment. Washing machine dumped water everywhere. Maintenance was awful. A/C barely worked…..

I would recommend viewing the parent company Core Communities & Investments Inc. Read through all of the reviews. Textbook slum lords.
