Quail Run is a great apartment - it sits on a fairly quiet street and is still close to Trax, the University of Utah, and downtown. Most of the rooms are being renovated, but even the older rooms (which we had) are nice and clean. The premises are maintained well, management is friendly and responds promptly to problems, and maintenance are professional and timely. This apartment also offers some of the best rates we've found in the Salt Lake area in relation to the quality of the rooms and building.
