PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY, THANKS! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Whether you are in town on a temporary business assignment or visiting family and friends, this affordable space is a great stay for one or two people. Minimum of 30 nights lease is required. Please read carefully and review all the pictures before contacting us, thank you! This is the casita that is located beside the main house. You can use Google Map Street View and research it. It has its own private entrance and there is no access to it from the main house. Casita is detached on its own and has full bathroom. It is essentially a studio/one room. It has no kitchen and cooking is not allowed. There is no laundry facilities onsite. It is fully furnished with bed, chair, desk, small fridge, coffee machine, microwave and TV. WiFi is provided. Water, electricity, heating/cooling system and hot water all included. The rental/lease is for any duration 30+ days (1 or many months). We do not rent for less than 30 days. We love animals, but unfortunately we cannot accept any pets for this rental. Please review pictures and description here and if you are serious then contact us for touring the place. We will not accept applications before meeting in person and viewing the place.
