I live her now and I'm doing this review because of how awesome the maintenance here is. They didn't ask me to make it and it isn't helping me in any way. I say that because it will come off as I am just saying nice things. But let me tell you. They have been doing some work in my apartment on my tub and saw 2 things that they just fixed without me even asking. 1 thing they could have given me a hard time over breaking but they didn't even make me feel bad they just came in and fixed it. For me a social stunted man on the spectrum that means more than you'd think. They took all this stress i had away. They have always came same day and they have always done and amazing job. Not taking away from the 2 ladies in the office. They both are also the best. I have never had an unpleasant experience. There have been a couple times with like a misunderstanding where I had my card locked and so my money came out the 4th early and they saw it was just a little after and they didn't give me a huge hassle or just want my money they worked with me. They are always there for anything I have needed with my lease or anything. I have had car troubles and got stuck in the future resident parking Nd instead of making me move it one lady brought me a water. I have lived in many apartments in the city but the maintenance and the office are my favorite of them all. If you want to have a stress free tenure where you're living come give them a chance. I think you'll be happy here.

I'm giving two stars because the maintenance and office really did their best to help my partner and I out. That being said, the unit I got in July 2024 was worth barely one star for the prices they charge. They made us wait a month or two so they could renovate the unit after the previous tenants moved out. That's fine! We got into the unit and found evidence of water damage and a substantial mold problem to the point that it was suffocating to be in there. The base of the under-sink cabinet had rotted out and hastily been covered up with some boards. I talked to my then-new neighbor who said there were similar issues in his unit that had gone resolved in the many months he's been there. Maybe I got unlucky and some of the redone apartments are nice, but I'll let the images of the townhouse speak for themselves. That being said, Brenda, Kelly, and the gentlemen in maintenance really do a great job and work hard to help their tenants. Every time I placed a work order they promptly responded and did what they could to remedy the maladies of the unit as we brought them to their attention. They all did their best to help us out but in the end it wasn't a good fit for us, especially for the price. They allowed us to transfer to a different case and associates property after bringing the issues to their attention and requesting to do so. It seems that they simply don't have the resources to make this property as nice as it should be for the amount they're charging. Neighbors were good, but make sure you see the actual unit you'll be moving into before you schedule movers or anything.
