There is a walk out deck with a fully fenced yard and a second deck. There are hook ups for a washer and dryer. The HOA provides trash, watering and mowing of the front yard, and snow removal over 2 inches. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. The owner will allow 2 dogs up to 40 pounds each. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.
