Initial lease term shall be for 11 months. Applicant has the right to provide All Seasons, LLC CRMC a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado revised statutes; and if the Applicant provides All Seasons, LLC CRMC with a PTSR, All Seasons, LLC CRMC is prohibited from: 1) charging the applicant a rental application fee or 2) charging the applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. While All Seasons, LLC CRMC does accept compliant portable screening reports as defined by HB23-1099, which would result in no application fee being required (or possibly an application fee refund), we do still require that all applicants complete our application.
