One year lease, rolls over to month-to-month afterwards. $70 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee but credited towards first months rent if accepted; no other fees or charges. Separate applications required for each adult over the age of 18. Application process includes background check for evictions, criminal history, employment verification, & credit (NO COLLECTIONS - so check your credit report!). Income must be at LEAST 3 times the rent amount in straight-time (not including over time or bonuses), NET take home pay & applicant must be able to show stable income for past three years.
