Truly feels like a home =) The rent is $1595. Month to month. Shares a bath. Shared utilities. Security deposit is $2,150. Garage parking is available for an additional $50, or there is plenty of permitted street parking available. About us: We are both professional females - I, Gemma, am 32 and work in Gardena as an accountant, Saehee is 27 and works as a nurse in Santa Monica.
