Hi! We are looking for a roommate to share this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with us. The condo is furnished and recently remodeled. It has great natural light, huge common areas, hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer in unit, central heating and air conditioning, new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave), large mirrored closets, granite countertops and a gas stove/oven. There is a shared courtyard in the back. It is a ground floor unit with tall ceilings. It is in a great location just steps from the heart of Montana Ave - a 10 block stretch of great eateries, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and is wonderful for going on walks/runs. Truly feels like a home =) The rent is $1595. Month to month. Shares a bath. Shared utilities. Security deposit is $2,150. Garage parking is available for an additional $50, or there is plenty of permitted street parking available. About us: We are both professional females - I, Gemma, am 32 and work in Gardena as an accountant, Saehee is 27 and works as a nurse in Santa Monica. We are clean and organized and love hiking, camping, cooking, traveling (hopefully we get to do that soon), and our favorite binge worthy shows. We are looking for a working professional who enjoys socializing in the dinner and board games kinda way, not the partying till 2 am type (not that there is much of that going on these days but you get the point 😉). Must love dogs, but unfortunately we can't accept anyone who has a dog or cat. If you are responsible, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and are looking to be in the best location in Santa Monica, please reach out with your personal info and a little about yourself!
