The home features a charming fireplace (decorative use only), updated fixtures, washer/dryer hook ups, beautiful new deck, and a one car garage. The kitchen is furnished with a range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and plenty of cabinets for storage. Pets are possible with approval, an additional refundable minimum deposit of $500, and $40/mth per pet. No smoking allowed including garage. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Anyone 18 yrs and older must go through screening. There is also an additional $100 admin fee for all applicants/occupants over 18yrs. This property allows self guided viewing without an appointment.
