Situated at the back of a quiet and cozy subdivision, this house boasts 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, a 2-car garage and a spacious backyard. This house provides quick access to Highway 75 and 121 Toll Road. It is also conveniently located few minutes from grocery stores such as Costco, Sprouts and Kroger, as well as an abundance of great restaurants. You will cherish the peacefulness that comes with this home’s location, the corner dead-end street backing to a large forested area allows for birds of all kinds to visit you throughout the day. And is located across the street from a pond and a green area. As soon as you enter this home, you will notice the elegant travertine marble flooring throughout the entire first floor. The kitchen was custom made to create a welcoming family and friend gathering space with its extended sparkling-black granite countertop kitchen island and built-in 5-burner gas stovetop (has a backup electric plug for an electric top). The main floor also has a spacious living and dining area, a wood-burning fireplace, and a half bathroom. As you head to the second floor you will surely notice the newly installed laminate hardwood flooring. The upstairs has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This house has no carpet. The heating and A/C unit was replaced June 2020 with a large 5.0 Ton Heat Pump. The new Smart Honeywell thermostat can be operated remotely with your phone to save on electric bills. With the Geofence technology, it will sense when all occupants are away and reduce/turn-off the unit and will also sense when you’re on your way back to ensure you are coming back to a perfect temperature setting of your choosing. The backyard (our favorite place) is truly a place to relax on the patio and take in nature with its picturesque lushed greenery and matured trees. There’s a beautiful garden that is currently growing a multitude of vegetables, herbs, and fruit trees! The house is equipped with closed-circuit, remotely monitored, exterior camera system. This camera system can also be operated with your phone and you’ll be able to see the front, side and back of the house. This monitoring system is complemented by a whole-house Ring security system. All the downstairs’ windows, and doors are alarmed with a Ring security system, and a Ring door bell with a camera (two-way microphone). The security system has a backup cellular connection and backup battery as well. This Ring security system will require self-registration and a ~$10.00 monthly fee. This lease includes lawn-mowing and AT&T Internet service currently at “AT&T Internet 18” which is at 24 Mbps. This internet connection speed has been more than enough to run our demanding network connectivity requirements. We will even include a small and ugly aussie-doodle dog to name her whatever you want. She loves to spend the long nights in the backyard to interact with nature’s night animals. The house has a doggie-door to the backyard and we will accept small dogs. Appliances: Top-of-the-line new Kitchen-Aid dishwasher. Utility area raised for washer and dryer.
