Sharing my thoughts on move-in and apartment condition. The management team, is fairly quick at responding to emails and return calls. I worked with Destiny and she gave me the lay of the land in a nice 10 minute talk. She walked me through setting up all the critical applications for living in this community. If your digital / tech savy this will be very easy. One thing that wasn't touched on but wasn't a deal breaker was registering your vehicle(s) with the towing company. My father was registering himself as a visitor and the office mentioned it to him in passing. As far as the apartment goes, overall conditional was in great shape. The utilities all work, water pressure just seems a bit low in the kitchen sink but fine everywhere else. Did an initial cleaning and everything was clean for the most part, a few cabinets had paint overspray but was easily cleaned up. If you want covered parking that will be extra, keep that in mind. The valet trash is a nice feature. Overall really satisfied with the move-in.

My husband and I are currently shopping around for a new apartment, and Maryanne was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She gave us a great tour, and listed off everything we asked about and even more we didn't even know to ask. Very warm and welcoming person. Makes a huge difference when you are choosing your next home.
