This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comes with the official Margaritaville furniture package. The two-story layout is both comfortable and functional. The main floor features one bedroom and a full bath, ideal for guests, while upstairs offers two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The highlight of this home is its prime waterfront location, with direct beach access from the back patio and beautiful water views from both levels. Enjoy two spacious balconies, one on each floor, perfect for relaxing and taking in the resort atmosphere. Inside, the open living area features tile flooring, a bright and airy feel, and a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. Sliding glass doors lead to the first-floor balcony, blending indoor and outdoor living. The upstairs primary suite includes a private balcony with stunning water views. As part of Margaritaville Resort Orlando, you’ll enjoy access to pools, a spa, fitness center, restaurants, entertainment, and the popular Sunset Walk. A complimentary shuttle to nearby theme parks adds extra convenience. Resort club fee of approximately $198 per month, which includes access to the 14-acre water park, Fins Up Beach Club, three heated lagoon pools, white sand beach, spa, resort activities, and complimentary shuttle service to the theme parks. Membership requires a one-time $100 transfer fee. Internet and cable are included; however, they may need to remain in the owner’s name to be covered. Tenant will be responsible for utilities. Applications will ONLY be processed if you have viewed the inside of the home, submitted all applications and dropped off a holding deposit.
