Feel at home in this lovely and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom family-friendly townhome located in the Regal Palm Resort & Spa, a gated community. This townhome features a living area, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious indoor dining area, and a free washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped to make simple meals, and coffee and teas are available. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Access to the community amenity center/clubhouse is included. A resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. The resort will provide a maximum of 10 wrist bands at guest services. Located in Regal Palms Resort Orlando, this townhome offers a quiet retreat where you can spread out and enjoy spacious accommodations. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and just a short drive from Disney World and other major attractions off the I4 and I192 in Orlando, this location is 40 minutes from the Orlando Airport. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10 am. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
