Clean and ready for move in! Plank vinyl on the main floor. Living-dining "L" is open to the updated kitchen. This one is a pleasure to see. In the back there are interior stairs to the finished basement, where there is one bedroom and 2 more bonus rooms. The washer and dryer are in a separate room with the furnace. This is a walk out basement, with exterior stairs leading to the mostly level back yard. With the walk-out finished basement the square feet is about 1,680. There is a detached garage. Pets reviewed by owners on a case-by-case basis. Additional refundable deposit, plus additional rent. The must be adult, fixed and friendly. The yard is not fenced. There would be $25-50/mo pet fees per pet (based on pet score) and $250-500 refundable deposit. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. Tenant to pay all utilities. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. Washer and dryer maintenance by tenant. Owner will repair other appliances. There is an annual $24 technology fee, and a $250 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee.
