This is a nice and clean downstairs apartment in a well-maintained 8 unit apartment complex, close to Peninsula College and the entrance to the Olympic National Park. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, there's a large closet/pantry in the hallway, and additional closet off of the South facing patio. Laundry room with storage cabinets and washer and dryer included. A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked on the property (but no RV's or boats). Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for electricity and TV/Internet, if desired. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent and a $1,350 refundable security deposit and $250 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
