Upon entering through the front ingress, you are greeted with a large hallway and grand spiral staircase just before your door. The back entrance features a covered outdoor space great for storing bicycles. As you enter, you are greeted by a gorgeous marble foyer. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, double closet, and a large desk, perfect for working from home. The large master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom, king sized bed, smart TV and a walk-in closet. 81 Ashley is perfect for entertsining guests, boasting a beautiful dining room with a fireplace, with a table that seats 6. Relax in the living room on the most comfortable couch, and enjoy the smart TV. Full washer and dryer in laundry room. This condo boasts 9-11ft ceilings throughout. 1 parking space with unit! Dogs can be negotiated with a $250 pet deposit. Please note this property is on the market, so real estate showings may be a possibility during your stay. In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $375 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
