This lovely ground floor, fully furnished condo is available for 6 or 12 month lease! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a fireplace, crown molding, chair rails, and screened-in porch. The spacious master bath has a double bowl vanity, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Unit also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. All utilities are included! The community is gated with a large pool, and is close to the beaches! Sorry, no pets and no smoking! An application is required for all occupants age 18 and older with a $55 non-refundable fee required for each applicant. A credit, background, and eviction check as well as employment, income, and rental history verifications are completed on all applications. In addition to the application fee, a one time $100 lease admin fee is due at time of lease signing and a $5 monthly credit reporting fee is required for reporting of rental payments to credit bureaus.
