All three bedrooms are located on the second level, and the home includes a full basement for laundry and additional storage. Rent is $2,000 per month plus utilities (tenant pays gas, electric, and internet; water and trash included). As a single-family home, tenants are responsible for lawn care, snow removal, and maintaining the driveway and sidewalks.
