Come and stay at our newly remodeled 2-story Victorian-Style Cottage. This entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is yours to enjoy as you visit Grand Rapids venues and the many attractions that Grand Rapids has to offer. This cottage can sleep up to 11 guests. Parking is available on the street and the on left side of home in the driveway and room for 3- 4 cars. In regards to space, this 2-story, recently remodeled cottage with 2 bedrooms and bath up and 1 bedroom and bath down provides lots of room. All appliances and furnishings are new and ready to use. The utility room is off of the kitchen. We provide many amenities such as Internet, Cable, Wifi, Air conditioning, workstation, microwave, washer/dryer, and kitchen space for entertaining. The entire house and yard is yours to use for enjoyment and to entertain guests. There are lots or places to visit, and within walking distance to GVSU downtown campus, Gerald R. Ford Museum, Grand Rapids Children's and Public Museum, Grand Rapids Art Museum, Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall, DeVos Place Convention Center, Fish Ladder, Art Prize, John Ball Park Zoo, and Whitecaps Stadium. Enjoy too the many restaurants, shops, and breweries. Only 30 minutes away from Lake Michigan or the Slopes of Cannonsburg. Easy access to US 131 and I-96 Expressway. 20 minutes to Gerald Ford Airport. Holland, Muskegon, Rockford, Newaygo, and Kalamazoo are 30 to 60 minutes away in terms of highway driving. Lease agreement is month to month for this furnished home. Security Deposit is one month's rent. Includes all utilities, lawn care, and snow & trash removal.
