I've lived at the Iowa Flats property for 8 months now, and I absolutely love it! The property managers Abby and Brady are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The leasing process was the quickest and easiest I've ever had, and they continue to respond to all my questions and requests promptly. I couldn't be happier with their communication and customer service. Gary in maintenance (and I'm sure the rest of the team there - I just haven't met anyone else yet!) has been quick to respond to any issues and get them taken care of right away. And the location is great: convenient, surprisingly quiet, and plenty of parking. It's a cozy property with exposed brick, wood floors, and central air. My dog and I look forward to living here for a while!

living here currently and i have had sooo many issues in the last like 4 months and i’ve lived here for 2 years in this specific apt. the maintenance guy is nice and all but he doesn’t fix my issue of plumbing and it keeps having the same issue like 2 time a month. also the laundry room smells so bad and they have yet to resolve that
