Under new management, this duplex offers a house-like feel but with none of the hassle of snow removal and lawn care. The whole first floor would be yours, including washer and dryer hookups in the large closet of one of the two spacious bedrooms. Built-in storage all over the home adds extra functionality at every turn. Off-street parking and street parking are available. Water and garbage are included; tenants are responsible for gas and electric. Rent is $1000/mo; security deposit is $1,000. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check background, references, and credit.
