Welcome home to this fully renovated fifth-floor corner unit at Asbury Arms, a well-kept 55+ community in northeast St. Petersburg. Being on the end of the building means extra windows and plenty of natural light, with treetop views across the neighborhood and the city skyline in the distance. The kitchen was redone from top to bottom. It has soft gray shaker cabinets, stone countertops, a metallic mosaic backsplash, a deep stainless sink and a full set of stainless appliances, including a French-door refrigerator. A pass-through opens to the dining area, so the cook can stay part of the conversation. From there, the living room flows into a bright den at the far end. That room works well as a TV room, home office or reading nook. The bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and its own bath with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms were fully updated with floor-to-ceiling marble-look tile, new vanities and modern lighting. Wood-look vinyl and porcelain tile run throughout, so there’s no carpet anywhere. Outside your door, the grounds feel like a small resort. There’s a sparkling pool, palm-lined courtyards with shaded gazebos, shuffleboard courts and a large clubhouse for gatherings and game nights. The building has an elevator, assigned parking, extra storage and on-site laundry. You’re close to shopping, dining and everyday errands, with quick access to I-275, downtown St. Pete and the rest of Tampa Bay.
