The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (one large) as well as the 2nd full bathroom. The 3rd floor can function well as a home office, walk-in closet or changing room or yoga/fitness space. The unit has its own separate and secure half of the basement and free washer and dryer in basement (exclusive). Outside there is a garage and driveway parking included as well as usage of a portion of the backyard. This neighborhood is quiet yet convenient, just a short 10 minute drive to Burlington for shopping, dining and entertainment as well as easy access to 95/93 and Rt 2. No pets considered. 1/2 broker fee paid by owner, 1/2 fee due from tenant.
