The front of the home has a covered deck which provides plenty of shade to enjoy. The driveway provides one covered and one uncovered parking space. The property is low-maintenance with lawn care, trash-removal, and water included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and cable TV/internet. This property is pet friendly with $250 refundable deposit per pet with a two pet maximum. Sorry, no co-signers.
