Both bedrooms are good size with large closets and the bathroom has an extra large vanity and linen closet. There is a sweet porch and pretty yard as well as a private driveway with room for storing a camper or trailer, etc. This apartment is attached to a larger home already occupied with long time tenants who have one dog. Pet will be considered. Only Black Bear Rentals, Inc. has the authority to rent this property.
