I moved yesterday to Fusion Orlando. So far, zero complaints. The visiting, the leasing and the moving processes couldn’t be easier and simpler. Diana has been amazing so far, can’t say anything but praises for all she’s done so far. Unit is almost perfect, tiny details like sofa stains, outdated curtains and some pieces that could be better screwed to the wall. But that’s nothing! In general, the facilities are very clean, very quiet. A miracle given the price and the location! Couldn’t be happier with my choice. I just hope this comment stands the test of time…

From the time that I first contacted Fusion to the day of my move in, Keith has been instrumental throughout my process. He answered all of my questions and believe me I had a lot of questions. I called the office pretty frequently due to the fact that I would either forget to ask a question and/or thought of another inquiry. Never once did Keith lose his patience with me. There was an incident that occurred on the day of move-in and Keith went beyond his responsibilities to make sure my issue was resolved. Thank you Keith for all of your amazing assistance and customer service skills. It made a huge difference in my move-in experience.
