Very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with an extra room that could be used as an office or guest bedroom. Kitchen is open to the Living Room and features an eat in space. Enjoy the screened lanai with a view of the pond and no backyard neighbors. HOA provides basic cable. Community has access to a pool, hot tub, clubhouse, gym, library and so much more! Close to shopping, restuarants and US 19. Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or better and must make 3x the rent in Net Income. All adults must apply separately. Once owner approves, HOA application must be completed and submitted with a $100 application fee to the HOA. HOA can take up to 15 days to approve. Pets must be approved prior to applying. Per HOA, pets cannot be more than 16" tall. Rent and Administrative Fee of $125 is due on the day of move in.
