AVAILABLE 3/1. Large primary bedroom with ample closet space and attached private bath! Included is a 3x4 storage space and a secured entry garage parking space. The Condo has a washer and dryer and a dishwasher! There is an office in between the only other Bedroom for added privacy. All rooms have huge windows with stunning 10th floor views of Denver! It’s located in a safe and very walkable part of Capitol Hill. It’s fully furnished and is extremely cozy and relaxing. The Building is nice, clean and full of amenities! The condo has: Your own parking space, A storage unit, IN UNIT WASHER AND DRYER, a dishwasher, SELF CONTROLLED HEAT AND A/C IN ALL ROOMS, And WiFi! There are windows on the entire south and east sides of the apartment and you get best light and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is fully furnished and there is a queen bed and frame available if you want it. Easy move in!! The building has: a heated outdoor pool, Patio and grill area, GYM, bike storage, Ans secured key-entry and cameras. This is a condo building so most of the units are owner occupied. It’s a quiet well cared for building and feels more like a home than an apartment. t’s situated between Cheeseman Park and The Golden Triangle and is within walking distance of King Soopers, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Safeway! I’m a female in my 30s with no pets. I currently work at a bar but am very quiet when I come home at night. I like to get out of the house as much as I can. When I am home, I’m usually working on little art projects or reading. I do like to keep things tidy around the house! Lgbtq+ friendly. I am looking for someone of similar age, clean, quiet and respectful to share this amazing space with me! The HOA does not allow smoking in the unit and I do ask for no couples renting together.
