The basement was recently renovated, it is a few steps from the paths up to nose hill park with a large backyard with a fire pit and garden beds. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown Calgary and the airport. Has a large danced backyard that backs onto a green space with a park, off leash area, and skating rink in the winter. We are hoping to find a mature and responsible tenant for the space and will require a credit check, landlord reference, and income statement. The upstairs tenants are a young responsible couple. We do not allow vaping, smoking, or parties. Pets are allowed for $50/month. Utilities are split between basement upstairs and the garag30/50/20%.
