Property Id: 809812 Great two bedroom with lots of charm, great location, and tons of gardening space. Huge back yard, clawfoot tub, period moulding (1900), tall ceilings, and other great features. Located two blocks from N. Williams next to New Seasons, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Very close to the Fremont Bridge (to get downtown) and MLK (to travel to southeast). Pets welcome! No pet rent. Irving park is just a few minutes walk away (including off-leash dog park) The backyard fence needs repair - we are in the process of getting quotes, but it will likely not be fully secured for pets at move-in. Please note the property is a duplex. This unit is the main floor, and there is a basement apartment underneath. The current downstairs tenants are very respectful and quiet. Utilities: Landlord pays water, sewer, garbage Tenant pays: electricity (includes electric heat) and internet The two units have separate utilities, but the following spaces are shared: laundry room, backyard. Street parking only. The entrance has a full set of stairs. There is small rolling dishwasher that connects to the sink faucet. *Unit is currently occupied, please do not disturb tenants*
