Clean, modern, and close to all manner of facilities, shopping, transit, close to airport, one ten minute bus ride to sky train. Guest Access Guests have access to Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, full kitchen, private bathroom, access to all areas of this spacious townhouse, including the private fenced garden. Interaction with Guests Interaction with guests is entirely up to the guest. I work full time during the day and am busy some weeknight evenings, but am generally available if needed. The Neighbourhood The neighborhood is surrounded by green space, trails right across the street, and it is very quiet. There are a range of amenities around the neighbourhood, including community centres, shopping, coffee shops, liquor store, banks, etc. Getting Around Bus is a one minute walk from the front door which takes you to one of two different skytrain stations. Free street parking available. Close to all areas of the Lower Mainland, easy access to many different main thoroughfares.
