Kitchen comes equipped with excellent appliances, a very handy island, and lots of cabinet space. The bedroom has two closets (one wall-length), and the bathroom is very well-appointed. The community has a gym, yoga room, media space, a games room, deck with bbq and pool, and full-time concierge service. It has been a lovely place to live. But we have to move, and can pass along our favorable lease to you! Our current lease terms were set years ago, and are now well below other units in the building. We are looking for a tenant who is willing to pick up the last month of our current lease and resign at a discounted established tenant rate.
