Located on the Third Floor of a 4-story walk-up, the apartment faces the rear of the building, and is very quiet and receives good sunlight. The apartment is nicely renovated and includes basic, modern furnishings: 2 queen-sized beds, desks, dressers, and night tables, full living room and kitchen furniture, large TV, pillows, linen (towels, sheets, and comforters), basic kitchen utensils, cookware and dishware, and a coffeemaker.
