Property Id: 2368478 Beautiful, bright 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium nestled on 8 acres of forested land perched high on a hilltop overlooking Willamette Cove, Forest Hills, and downtown. The views are really spectacular from both the master bedroom and the spacious 14'x9' deck. The unit is all electric. It has a wood burning fireplace. Sewer, water and garbage is paid for by the HOA. Tenant only responsible for the electric. This is a top floor unit and yes, there is air conditioning. Because of past issues with fires, only ELECTRIC barbecue grills are allowed on the deck which has its own storage closet on one side. The unit is accessed by a private flight of stairs (15 steps up) from the carport which is located directly in front of the staircase. Reserved space for 1 car in carport with additional parking on north side of property. This is a quiet, laidback community of 42 units surrounded by nature. Almost feels like you're not in the city, but shops, restaurants, and Cathedral Park are within walking distance. The bus stop is only 1 block away on N Willamette Blvd. There is also a fenced dog park which borders the complex on the west side. Pets are fine, but please, no large dog breeds because of the damage their nails can make on the hardwood floors. There is a strip of grass on the north side of the complex reserved for doggy business and everyone is expected to clean up after their pet. Cats must be kept indoors, not least for their own safety. We have coyotes, raccoons and foxes here. There is a swimming pool open 4-5 months during warmer weather. There is a large storage unit, big enough for a couple of bicycles at one end of the front porch across from the front door. Additional storage is available on site from the HOA. There is also a clubhouse available to reserve from the HOA for large gatherings. Rent is $2495. per month, $2500. deposit and a 1 year lease.
