Parkway Pointe is beautifully landscaped with many green walkways. Amenities include a lovely pool and hot tub. Laundry facility is on site, which uses either phone app or coins. Parkway Pointe has convenient freeway access, as well as access to trolley. It is convenient to SDSU, Grossmont Hospital, and East Campus Medical Center at UC San Diego Health. There are many nearby places to shop for food including Windmill Farms, Trader Joes, Costco, Vons and Vine Ripe. Grossmont Shopping Center is a short drive away. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Lake Murray and Cowles Mountain are only a few minutes by car. We like to start with a 6 month lease to get to know each other, but we love long term tenants. We pay for water and trash. Electric and cable are paid by you. One covered (carport) parking space is included. If you need another parking space, we can put you on the list for it.
