Only about 20 to 30 mins from downtown Nashville. Has a tennis and rustic basket ball court on the property. Tons of Privacy. The property is on almost 50 acres scenic hilly gated estate with about 43 acres of forest and my forest is in the TN Green Belt program. The house has about 500 sq feet downstairs/partial basement (which has the fabulously newly remodeled shower, sink and toilet , and it huge so can be used as a bedroom with sitting area and it’s new en-suite bathroom . There is about 1000 sq feet upstairs with open kitchen , dining room/ living room, and master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom. The other upstairs bedroom also with french doors and closet and bathroom .All solid wooden oak floors, upstairs and ceramic tiles . Deck has a huge 99.9 percent copper 2 person bathtub with a shower head and hand held shower , for a spa like deck shower or tub experience. huge almost 500 sq feet downstairs, huge bedroom with sitting area or you can use downstairs as a den with the ensuite full sparkling new bathroom area. downstairs bedroom and bathroom has laminate flooring and a small walk in closet .House comes with 2 car garage plus small storage beside the garage. Has front porch and back wooden deck that overlooks the forest. And also a back patio with fire pit and outside chairs. perfect for playing your guitar while grilling marshmallows outside. All mattresses are encased in breathable waterproof and bug proof mattress zip covers. Recently painted/stained white . Just installed brand new HVAC (central air and central heat) system about 1 year ago. Inside recently repainted Can be viewed starting from Oct 2023 . 1st months rent of $2800 plus (last months rent of $2800 & refundable security deposit of $2800) A minimum of a month's lease . Plus $120 per month for water. + Utilities .Only serious interested renters. (has swimming pool on the main house which is about 1/3 of a mile away. Can use swimming pool in summer for $199 month fee all the utilities checked below are available but renter pays for them separately apart from water bill of $120 monthly added to the monthly rent
