I work in property management and this is my complete honest review. We have lived at this property for a little over a year and we recently signed a new lease for another year. This has been a great first apartment for us and we are grateful to be able to call it home. The community is very quiet, kind, and keeps to themselves and the rent prices are more on the affordable end in comparison to other complexes in the valley. Our apartment is in great condition and though maintenance does work a little on the slower end, it is ok. We have minimal problems in general and it is difficult job. Highly recommend these apartments to anybody looking for peace and quiet, affordability, proximity to Redwood Road and shopping. Thank you Aspen Pines!

I do not live here. But i am trying and would like to put my two cents in. The customer service of jocelin and dani so far is great they both have been nothing but courteous and helpful. And looking at the appartment for rent they are remodeled and looking amazing! Fingers crossed i get the experience of living here. And if it is not to happen it's still 5 stars for customer service and management.
