As you pull into the gravel driveway you will notice the two car garage. As you make your way inside you will find an open floor plan great for entertaining, large front windows to allow natural lighting and a wonderful view of the river. The home has hard surface flooring throughout main living areas, bathrooms, and utility room while the bedrooms have carpet. Outside you will find a large yard that wraps around the entire home with a nice sized storage shed toward the back side of the property. Great for a family who loves nature and living a bit out of town. Rent is $2,300.00 per month and Security Deposit starts at $4,000.00. Pets accepted with an additional $500 toward the security deposit for first pet and $250 for each additional. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. → Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time.
