Rent is $1545.00 with an additional $50 towards water (monthly) and Security Deposit starts at $3090.00 - Month to Month lease terms. Pets accepted on approval basis with an additional $500 for first pet, $250 for each additional pets, towards security deposit. Renters Insurance required at time of signing. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. → Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report.
