Riverside has onsite laundry, Community BBQ and Picnic tables on the river so you can sit and watch the ducks float by from your porch. Located near the golf course, Raceway and not too far from Walmart. Rent is $1,300.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $2,600.00. month-to-month lease and Renters Insurance required and due at time of signing. Pets are accepted upon approval basis only with additional funds towards security deposit: $500 for 1st pet, $250 for additional pets. Schedule a showing now!! When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. → Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $40 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $50 for out of state reports. Pets are accepted upon approval basis with an additional $500 for first pet and $250 for each pet thereafter.
