The second floor contains a master bedroom with a wood beam ceiling, fan, and new flooring, two closets, one closet with a flexible rubbermaid closet system, an updated bathroom with new flooring and water saving toilet, and a bonus area with new flooring for an additional seating area or desk. The third floor has two large bedrooms, one with new flooring and one with carpet with nice views and ceiling fans. The basement provides plenty of space for storage, laundry, and the ubiquitous Pittsburgh toilet and tub/shower (the tub is mostly for drying clothes - not really for showering). A washer and dryer will be included. Flater back entrance from the alleyway. Small crappy shed for a bit of outside storage. The tenant will have the use of a lawnmower and weedwhacker to aid with lawn maintenance if they need one. (Tenant cares for lawn during warm weather, and sidewalk/stair care during the winter.) Great Location: The home is located within easy walking distance of public transportation and schools. Three doors down from Propel School - Hazelwood.
