THE PLACE: Top floor. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer in the unit, 2 decks (that over look the city), dishwasher, garbage disposal, garbage unit on our floor, central air/heat, carpet. It is fully furnished, so you don't have to have much to add to the social spaces. On the 4th floor there is a 24 hour, gym, pool, hot tub, club room (with a pool table, full kitchen and lounge area. There is an outside deck that over looks the Delaware River with amazing Views. THE LOCATION We are right on the Delaware River with City views. A 5 minute walk to South Street, 10 minute walk to Harbor Street Park, 15 minute walk to Italian Market, $7 Uber to the stadium complex, $10 Uber to center city, building does have a free shuttle for residences, 6 times throughout the day to center city area's. LOOKING FOR A GUY in his LATE 20s-40s (as we are that age). More or less we are looking for someone who is also cool to hang out with, a friend, not just somebody who happens to live or rent there. Someone, who respects privacy, noise levels and knowing when it's cool to chill, when it's time to have fun! We are roommates and want to get along in the end. SIMPLE HOUSE RULES: Clean up after yourself in a timely manner Respect when roommates when they have unique schedules (work on a weekend early, meeting early, etc..) Communicates w. roommates when it comes having people over, cleaning, etc. Rent is about $1200 including utilities. ($1063 plus untilities) PARKING = $250/month - but there are multiple free parking spots, 5-10 minute walk away... One uses it everyday... guests are able to park for free and you are also able to unload your car when you go shopping etc.. just can't leave it there. INTERESTED?
