I have been living in Orion Cove for a little under 2 years now and just re-upped my lease again! The staff has been nothing short of amazing and I have had zero issues the entire time I have lived here. Walking through the complex the other day, the trees, flowers and overall landscaping looked gorgeous and I was thankful once again for living where I do. I highly recommend Orion Cove for anyone looking for a place to stay in the Lake Orion area.

I've lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it. The ladies in the office, Christie in particular, are amazing and the maintenance men are prompt and good at what they do. This has been a wonderful place to live, from beginning to end. I have just bought my own home and gone through the process of leaving the complex. Christie was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend living here.

A PROPERTY MANAGER AND TEAM WHO CARES... I have lived in Orion Cove since February 2013. I am so very very thankful for the new property management team led by Christie and the PHENOMENAL maintenance team that she has. I was always appreciative of the customer service provided overall but there was always room for improvement. Now with Christie managing the property with this stellar maintenance team, the level of customer service has improved substantially. Since Christie's arrival she has ALWAYS provided me with EXCELLENT customer service and this new maintenance team provides very prompt service with great attitudes and smiles on their faces. Christie is a property manager that LEADS BY EXAMPLE...from handling residents, to planting flowers,and much more, she is a TEAM PLAYER. Even during the onset of Covid in 2020, when contractors were not really working, Christie ALWAYS found a way to get the maintenance requests filled and communicate with me keeping me in the loop. As a long time resident of 8, going on 9 years now, you expect and hope that a property would appreciate you as a good resident, but it wasn't until Christie's arrival that I can truly say I see it now. From promptly replacing my broken stove, to replacing my entire bathroom tub wall and tiling the floor, to promptly fixing my garbage disposal...you name it ...she and her maintenance team take care of it. She goes above and beyond and York Properties should do whatever is needed to keep her FOREVER and make sure they continue to provide her with the support she needs to help make this property one of the most desired properties in Lake Orion. Previous managers tried but I always felt like they did not get the proper support they needed unfortunately :( My hope is that going forward responsible, integrous, great residents will be attracted to this property so that it only gets better! Thank you Christie and team for serving this community in greater ways everyday and actually caring and working on behalf of the residents. This company is blessed to have you all! #christiecares
