The Elysian has been a great place to live. The units are quite large and well furnished for this area of Minnepolis, and we get lots of compliments on our apartment! The building is not super large which means it is almost always very quiet and clean. It's not too far from Dinkytown but rent is so much cheaper than just across the bridge. Ellie and the staff are very helpful and do lots of giveaways/events for the residents. Overall I'd recommend the Elysian if you're looking for a high quality apartment with great prices.

The Elysian is a great place to live if you are a student at the U! It is a little further than other apartments, but still within walking distance. Any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly. Also, heated parking garage and free ice cream on Fridays are just some of the great amenities!
