hi there I'm Maddie Manser a 21 year old student teacher at a local high school finishing my fourth year at CSU my current roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a roommate that can move in January and stay till the end of the lease in July I'm easy going and pride myself as a good communicator I have a really sweet kitty and a gentle snake that stays in my room the apartment has a remodeled kitchen and a cute outdoor patio inside you'll find lots of plants instruments and art! the room for rent is fairly small but if decorated accordingly can fit everything you need, you'd get a private vanity and the bathroom is shared, private parking is included and there's a bus stop around the corner. This location is amazing! five minute walking distance from fuzzy's, City Park and the CSU campus.
